Sweatcoin is currently not a cryptocurrency since there is currently no blockchain. The link you shared isn’t a cryptocurrency exchange. It is a Sweatcoin fan’s website where he buys/sells Sweatcoins. There are a few other websites like that.

I’ve been doing some reading. I am aware it’s not a cryptocurrency yet.
The link was just my shock at discovering people are buying and selling.
