Lost my account

I’ve had an account for about 18 months. Couldn’t understand why my steps wasn’t converting so I deleted the app and reinstalled it now, it won’t allow me to login but I am on a 99p subscription per month that is continuing. can you help me?

If you still have the phone number it should be a breeze

Try using the same phone number you signed in with in the first place and have your subscription on.

If that doesn’t help, contact support and don’t forget to cancel your subscription in Google play or App store, just in case.
