The step count does not work

Dear Sweatcoin Community,
my name is Rafael and I am from Spain. Yesterday a friend of mine suggested me to install the app as I usually walk more than 15K steps. Then, I did so. In fact, I reached over 17K steps during the first day so I decided to change the subscription to Quaker.
However, today (just 2 days after I installed the app) I walked over 8 km but the step count remains at 0. I checked the GPS and the app settings and I am afraid that the account was banned or suspected of fraud.
What can I do to (re)activate the app?
